Free Delivery Guarantee
Orders over $80+GST qualify for free delivery, provided they are to be delivered to the Sydney, Adelaide or Melbourne Metro Region. Orders less than $80+ have a flat fee as per the table below. Please note that this price does not apply to bulky / oversize / fragile items such as copy paper, furniture or 3+ parcels, in which cases you will be notified by a customer service representative of the correct freight charges in your scenario.
Rural or Interstate Orders
Rural or interstate orders over $150+GST qualify for free delivery. Orders less than $150+ have their own delivery fee structure, which can be estimated via the following table. Once again, bulky, oversize, fragile or large orders can differ from the below.
Remote areas in Australia that regular couriers don't get to, and require local on forwarder, freight will be quoted to cover this service, regardless of the value and size of the package.
